“So we came from San Diego for an event across the street and it took a little over an hour to get there, when we arrived there was no one on site and a note on the door and window saying to call for the staff. We did that for over an hour and no one answered or showed up. During that time four other sets of travelers came and also had no room and due to comic con there were no rooms in the whole of San Diego to here. Had it not been for Expedia and the KOA hotel/campground in the Cleveland……

“Booked room online looked very nice. At arrival I was very surprised place was very very quiet signs were cell phones couldn’t be used. Booked a king size bed got a queen or full size partner and I couldn’t even move at night that’s how small bed was. Little disappointed room had ants got on top of my pizza I bought the night before. Breakfast area had ants as well. I personally wouldn’t stay there again place was to quiet and nothing like the website.”

“It’s the best place that we stayed in the mountains. We saw pictures of the place but when we arrived we were more amazed than the pictures give credit for. The cabin had a creative style and was very spacious and perfectly clean and had a very positive atmosphere. It was amazing how many different animals and birds are in the back yard and big raccoon came to visit us. We had an amazing time by fire place in the back yard. This place helped us relax from day to day routine and we slept well in……

“Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench”
