Room was reserved in advance via Expedia and I was asked at check in to pay for it. Shower has no caddy to place soap or shampoo everything had to be placed on the floor while showering, ordered instant Nescafé in the morning a small bowl was delivered with the sachets of Nescafe in it, no hot water, no cups. Pool staff are great with excellent service as well as the restaurant for breakfast. I expected more honestly for 500$ plus for a room, I could have booked 2 nights across the street at the intercontinental Phoenicia.

Het complex bestaat uit 4 los van elkaar staande kleine bungalows. De bungalows zijn in goede staat en de inrichting is compleet en netjes. Pluspunt is de WiFi welke uitstekend functioneert. Het complex ligt boven op een berg waardoor het s’avonds en in de nacht heerlijk koel aanvoelt. Het ontbijt dat wordt geserveerd, desgevraagd op het terras van je huisje, is compleet en goed verzorgd. De eigenaar is tevens de beheerder en hij doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.

The room was way too noisy due to bad insulation and that it was next to the restaurant. There was no staff at all in the morning for the checkout. There was no clear instruction regarding breakfast time. Charming place but the level of service is no where near a hotel of supposedly such a caliber
