“Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure.”

“The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay.”

“你比賽會場最近的飯店，明年還要訂這一家，因為一月的UK非常冷 所以當你看完比賽或比完賽不用再拖著行李或者穿禮服進入會場或離開會場 一定要提早訂，因為房間很快就滿了”

“I found the hotel to be great for my purposes which was a brief one night stoppover. Shower tap was a little stiff and water took quite a while to reach temperature.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Even though the Hotel was a bit dated, it was clearly an elegant property in its day. However, there was no central heating working in the room; no working television; no bar access during the stay; and £15 for overnight parking would be unacceptable for many.”
