"Our recent stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Proximity to Beach and gardens could not have been better. My husband is a wheelchair user and the hotel proved very accessible. The parking space provided (for blue badge holders) next to the hotel was such a bonus. Our lovely cooked breakfast was provided as part of the booking. Staff were polite, caring and willing to help in any way they could. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Bournemouth!"

"Breakfast was excellent and hot the puddings were delicious lovely staff helpful and smiling. Only one thing it would be nice to have tissues in the rooms and toilets. The swimming pool was lovely but it could do with the door open in hot season. It was far too hot but the pool it self was lovely and warm. Great hotel would love to come back. Well done to everyone involved in working there."

"Nice hotel, good room and comfy bed, stylish design. Reception were helpful and accommodating. The restaurant food was really good quality - it was a bit slow, but I think they were a bit busier than expected and they comped a drink. Only criticism is the pool area was overcrowded, I get the impression day passes were sold (I may be wrong) but it was a bit too busy, for comfort, but the beach is only 10 minutes away."

"We literally can't wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, the pool is awesome and the staff really lovely. The only thing that detracts is the 4pm check in which they seem to stick to, very rigidly. (Though our visit was during the heatwave of June so understandable if the rooms were taking longer to get ready). The cottage we stayed in was gorgeous and the complimentary minibar a lovely touch."

Laguna Hotel

"Obviously this is a more old fashioned hotel but the pool was lovely and the room was spacious and clean although with a strong, funny smell. Unfortunately we were there on the hottest day of the year and the rooms were extremely hot with no fans. We couldn’t get all of the windows open - I think one was jammed shut. Staff were generally helpful and friendly although I had to constantly ask the waitress for basic things like butter, marmalade etc at breakfast as they weren’t brought to us. The other waitresses/waiters did seem much friendlier/more efficient. Having said that it was very hot for the staff to have to work in."
