Location was very convenient, but the cafe (bistro) was only open Mon-Thu; also this was not conveyed upon check in, just that it opened at 5pm. We were exhausted from a day of moving my aunt out of her apartment. At 5:05 we came down to eat, but was told it was closed. Not good. The air handler in the room is LOUD, incessant & annoying. We were in room 104. As we were dealing with the stress of a hospice situation in our family, my hard-of-hearing husband was sleeping well (he was exhausted), & I didn't have the energy or heart to wake him up. We were there for 2 nites. I did not sleep at all the 2nd nite. We checked out at 1:05 am, as he had fallen asleep at 6pm & felt that was enough for him to drive back to FL. Due to the nite audit, we could not obtain the receipt at that time, but it was e-mailed to us. The staff at this location could not be ANY nicer or more helpful-- they all are very kind, especially Kim at the front desk. Final note: the TV is far too small to enjoy from the bed, as the channel guide cannot be read at that distance (I have 20/20 vision). Thx.
