Convenient location, as previously stated they need to pay more attention to detail on their cleaning. The restaurant/Bar was unwelcoming and inattentive!

The place was nice. The bed was probably the best I have at a hotel. The check in was a nightmare. I reserved the room and even called the day before check in to assure things would go smooth with my son arriving first and was assured it would go great. I got a call and about 20 text during my 16 shift the next day that there was no reservation, and my daughter (her wedding day) had to book and pay again for another room so he had somewhere to go. I am a nurse so I could not just leave my job and had no time to handle the issue. The next day while checking out, they found the reservation and refunded my daughter. How embarrassing for him and myself that my daughter had to step up and pay for his room to begin with. Although it was a nice place, I would not recommend or count on your room being held and ready for you. Go prepared to re pay for your stay. There were also issues with other members of the wedding party about reservations (check out and room reservations). Just not reliable all all especially when you are depending on things. Just gob knowing you may or may not have a room.

It was fine, nothing special, but a good cheap place when needing a bed and bathroom to bunk down in. The walls are a little thin, so I could hear most of what the man next door was saying. But he was very loud on his phone.

On the website they say they will not charge your card until you check in. We arrived at the hotel after driving 2 and half hours away for them to tell me they cancelled my room because they ran the card I put on file and it declined. Even though I wasn’t even there yet to check in and this policy wasn’t stated anywhere. When asked why they didn’t contact me she said she didn’t have an email, but I verified she had my phone number and she did. She said because I booked through a third party vendor they didn’t have to reach out. This was during an event weekend and I had to pay triple to stay at the last hotel we could find! The lady that was at the front desk was laughing and joking around with the gentleman who was actually trying to find me a room since they cancelled it with no regard to the fact they canceled my room and left us with no where to stay. I called the next day and spoke to someone who said they were the manager and she claimed she called me (I had no missed calls) and then I told her that the young lady the night before said nobody had to reach out to me because I booked through Expedia.
