The front desk was nice but management was messaged multiple times and never got back to me. They didn’t provide anything in the room. No iron (i asked for one and they told me they would look for one) no laundry bag, no toiletries other than horrible bad soap and a shampoo, and the room was extremely basic. I wouldn’t stay there again. The receptionists were pleasant and professional.
