Large, well equipped rooms steps from the beach. There are only private homes/apartments nearby so the beach isn’t crowded. Rooms are great fur short or long stay.

There is only one parking spot per unit so I had to pick up my daughter from Delray if she wanted to come. Other than that we loved it here and will come back. The beach at your front door was by far the best feature. It was a sure property and everyone I spoke with seemed nice

Amazingly very clean suite the staff was accommodating and welcoming,pool was great as well I love the fact that everything is already there in the suite that's needed for a short or long stay from the kitchen with utensils to the bathroom with extra towels & bedroom with extra linen,that you may or may not need but it's there for you a comfortable stress-free stay. However, my only complaint was I didn't book a longer stay here🙂and I definitely will be booking again in the future.

Overall our stay was good however we had to stay in room 104 and it was close to the service department where the service people were located and it at times was loud because the laundry room was right outside our bedroom. I would have preferred to stay in another room with a view or something, but it was tucked away. The manager stated that he would make sure we had a better room if we stayed there again. However, he was very nice very respectful and polite. The location to the beach was wonderful and we did not use the pool cause we were on the beach. Would I recommend this location again yes but not the room in which we stayed.

The rental was perfect for our needs - we loved that we could open the sliding door and hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Easily walk down to beach and enjoy the waves.

It could be said that it is very good, only one big problem, the pool, with mold and the green jacuzzy is a real shame, because the facility is very cozy and the rooms are very comfortable

Awesome Self Catering Accommodation

Couple of things to be aware of. This is not a hotel with a 24 your reception, room service, restaurant, gym facilities etc, the place is only staffed during the day, so if you're checking in late, I believe there is a key safe box where your room keys will be left. That being said, the accommodation was lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are massive and more like suites, with a lounge/dining area and also a fully stocked kitchen (although there isn't much prep space for food). The bed is one of the most comfy beds I've slept in and the fans/air con work well. There is also a decent sized balcony area, a nice swimming pool with loungers, tables, umbrellas, even 3 large gas BBQs that guests are welcome to use. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is ample parking. We stayed here as a family of 4 and used the sofa bed, which you make up yourself (the bedding was left in the wardrobe). Beach/pool towels were also provided. If you're after the services and facilities you get with a hotel, then this won't be for you. If you prefer self catering with plenty of room and somewhere that's comfortable, then I can't recommend this place enough.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, quiet and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back again! The office and grounds people were so nice and very attentive! I would definitely give a 100 percent on how clean and comfortable we felt on this trip. Definitely go and experience this resort, the pool, jacuzzi was completely clean. Plus there beach was so convenient! Love this and can't wait to go back!!

Terrible! A. NOT A HOTEL old run down condo building!!! B. Cant log into free wifi, system forces you to select pay version! C. Very loud fire alarm went off every other night for 2hrs and nobody came! D. Office hours 10-5 and phone is never answered!!
