"Loved the location and the scenery was picture perfect!"

"It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay."

"Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family."

"Spruce Haven is absolutely beautiful and a perfect place for family gatherings. It had everything right there that we all like to do. The home was clean and tidy. "The property was in a beautiful location! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Even though the property was off the beaten path, there was a lot to do within 15-30 min drive. The host made great suggestions of what to see in the area! I would definitely stay at this property again. Maybe during the summer months to enjoy the lake a bit more, but I have no complaints!"

"We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!"

"My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed at the house and it was perfect! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and looked just like the pics. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The provided towels & linens as well as coffee and other supplies was a very nice touch! We went into Binghamton on Friday night and went skiing at Greek Peak all day on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area!"

"I really have mixed feelings about my stay. For just somewhere to crash at a low price, it was fine. In fact, I sense they did a lot to make a modified single-wide trailer house into a stayable place. There are newer fixtures and furniture, but things like wall paint and trim and such were done badly. It was a mix of nice touches and run-down details.
