"Quaint and cute, newly remodeled home just steps to downtown Wickford for shopping and restaurants. Short drive to town beach and playground. Blending the old with new bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen/appliances. High ceilings, new windows and refurbished hardwoods. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Very quiet with marsh view. "This was a great house for our annual cousins' trip! The first level has all of the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I will flag that you could hear everything from the bedrooms that was happening in the living rooms so may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Big, beautiful backyard!! "

"Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!"
