The whole room was gross ,stains everywhere. Hair on the bed ,bathroom rug chair EVERYTHING foundba bloodbspit on the matteress ..do not ever recommend this place and tbey wouldent refund me

The hot tub was not working and there was not fitness center like listed. The breakfast was very limited as well.the outside of every door had cigarettes all over and the rooms were only fairly clean. We were very disappointed in this location.

Pool doesn’t open until 1 pm. Hot tub was out of order. Room door was ajar but did lock. Homeless people wandering around. An older facility with complementary breakfast in the basement with just muffin and cereal available. Indian restaurant on premises was pretty good

Disgusting. It was ridiculous that myself, my 2 year old and his father had to wait around to check in w no signs of any staff. Any life. The smell when you walk in is overwhelming. No hot tub. No sauna.. not sure how they get away with claiming this.. also the pool ... stop it. ✋️ the carpets havent been washed in decades. Id put money on it.

The place smelled like mildew. The workers were rude when we came back after going to the beach. The room was never cleaned during our stay. We had to bring our old dirty towels to the front desk for new ones. The breakfast was bad and there was little to choose from. The pool area had no towels and the sauna was no working. The room was dirty and the ac didnt work well. The doors to the halls slammed all night.

The handicap ramp was in need of some repair, the front desk clerk had an overwhelming amount of cologne on, my door was broken and did not shut properly, the outside door closest to my room was constantly slamming closed all night long, found a bug crawling on my bed(really hoping it wasn't a bed bug) an over abundance of cigarette butts by door in a receptacle that was not an ash tray

It is a bit run down. Rooms are clean. Air conditioner ran poorly. Sadly there was a no smoking sign but the clientele in our hallway didn’t seem to respect that . We had to smell pot smoke on and off through the evening.

This building is extremely old and run down. It's almost creepy walking through the halls to the pool it's so dark. The evening staff was rude until my husband walked in. The morning staff was nice. The smell of gangia smoke is heavy in the halls. I will not stay here again.

Where do I start. The hallwaus were very dimly lit. The door to the room didn't lock properly, had to adjust the knob every time. The toilet didn't flush properly. There were no hand rails on the one outside stairway leading to the rooms. My boyfriend and I each fell once. There was a strong odor of illicit drug use. Because we were traveling with a pet, we stayed in a room without carpet, which is fine however, it was filthy. My feet were so dirty, the washcloth went from white to black. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking the room. Will never stay here again.
