"Excellent communication. Ample parking. The property was immaculate, with a nice mix of modern and antique furniture. The kitchen had everything you could need, and more. Comfortable beds. Lovely grounds with great views, and we were treated to a couple of amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need in the property. It is very well maintained and the welcome pack of homemade bread and jam, eggs ,orange juice and crisps was delicious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Jean and Brian are really good hosts and we would look at retuning in the future. "

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"

"This is a lovely well appointed cottage, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. It is clearly a period property with low ceilings in most rooms, narrow stairs and a beam in the floor of the main bedroom. All of this adds to its charm but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and Rob the owner who lives in the adjoining property was helpful but unobtrusive. We recommend The Three Blackbirds in nearby Wooditton and any trips into...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this thatched house near Bury St.Edmunds and we found so much to do in the area that our week-long stay passed very quickly. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the perfect garden, enjoying several meals at the outside table. An very unusual place that we were fascinated by was Grimes Graves, a Neolithic flint mine."

"We had a fabulous stay for a family gathering at a local wedding. Beautifully kept property with everything you would need for all ages. There are a few high steps here and there so those less mobile may find accessing some areas a bit tricky. Overall 10/10 for us though."

"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"The pod was lovely, maybe a bit quirky. Everything we needed Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. One point, the use of the hot tub is an additional charge, which isn't made clear in the itinary or booking process. We felt the charge couldn't be justified so we didn't use the hot tub, which was a shame."
