The beds weren't the best but I've had worse. The doors to the pool and fitness area were a bit 'cantankerous' and the hot tub didn't work. My only real compliant is the thinness of the walls and floor makes for a lot of noise from surrounding units which isn't something I've had issues with even at nicer hotels. The unit above us was extremely loud - to the point that I actually called the clubhouse to ask if they could intervene. Unfortunately not all of the units are managed by the same company so they couldn't help. Their suggestion of calling the cops if it didn't quiet down after 10pm was no help.....I mean seriously who is going to bother the cops because people let their kids run and jump and be extremely loud from before sunrise to midnight??
