This was not the case with this lodge apparently "managed" by Stonebridge Resort. We had no contact with the owner of this rental; no response to email. After a long day at the Landing, we returned to the Lodge at 11:00 p.m. to find that our key cards had been deactivated. Three adults and four children were unable to access their rental, and it was a very cold night. We called an emergency number and about 30 minutes later a very unhappy person arrived to let us inside. This is unacceptable. No apology from anyone. I felt like I was in an apartment, and my children LOVED it! Bathroom are huge, beds comfortable. Nice screened in deck... grill available like 75 yards away. Such an awesome experience! Check in was a breeze, the condo was very private which we love and in superb condition! The jacuzzi bathtub was amazing! It really felt like we were in our own apartment.
