“在新加坡市中心內，是相當經濟實惠的選擇。但有關客戶服務的跟進，我認為有需要改善，因為在場的職員，他們只懂得處理酒店以內發生的問題。其他問題，例如改動住宿日期，便不能處理。”

“nice place to stay for a short term trip and within walking distance to popular locations. the staff at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming and he seemed very annoyed when i needed assistance or had questions, luckily i only had a one night stay.”

“唯一優點是位置非常好，其餘乏善可陳。
因班機延誤凌晨三點到達，按電鈴及打電話皆無人回應。在街頭閒晃至六點，回到住宿點按電鈴才有人開門。
浴室設備老舊，且無吹風機可租借，只適合隨興的背包客。”

“淋浴和洗手間各只有三間，髒，長期有螞蟻，偶有小蟑螂。廁所有異味。淋浴間的垃圾從不清理。床單有乾掉洗不掉的血跡。薄被不清洗。
公共空間越夜越吵鬧，凌晨仍大聲喧嘩。早上十點要退房，不是十一點。
入住期間跳電三次。職員服務態度差，愛理不理。
唯一優點是地理位置方便。
這次入住經驗完全影響旅遊心情，是住過的旅館中最差的一間。”

“Definitely very outdated and did not look like the pictures. The curtain for my bed looked moldy, there was definitely some sketchy spot on them. The bathroom was also not the cleanest of hostels that I’ve stayed at. I did have an issue checking in, so I had to wait for about 30 mins until I got a response via the chat to get checked in and access the room since there no front desk staff. To be honest I only saw one staff member during my entire 4 night stay, and it was the person who came to……

“交通很方便，與友人住同一旅舍一間房4人床位3人住，友人提早回香港後，我住的是女子6人床位房，才知無床簾圍着，無獨立床燈，這欠缺私隱。另公共可坐的空間夾窄，是一條小行，吧台式面貼牆坐位，那小行也是電梯出入地方。”
