“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”

“We had only one night at the hotel but wished we could have spent more time there. Location is great with plenty of restaurants close by. Parking across the building in a public garage. Train station just a few minutes walk. From the 3rd floor we could see the lake which is obviously only few minutes walk away as well.”

“Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Positiv ist uns auch direkt die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft aufgefallen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit insgesamt drei weiteren Ferienwohnungen, das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, sodass man die Leute auf dem Flur oder in der Wohnung nebenan teils hören kann. Uns hat es für eine Nacht aber nicht sonderlich gestört.”

“Wir hatten ein Problem, das unsere Ankunft nicht an den Gastgeber weitergeleitet wurde und der Gastgebrr über Fewo telefonisch auch keine Antwort das wir schon da sind. Das Haus ist alt aber von innen Renoviert. Es liegt an einer Hauptstraße und bei 35Grad kann man nicht mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. So hatten wir den Krach bis 2 Uhr Nachts und ab 5Uhr morgens ging es weiter. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und man konnte sich jederzeit an sie wenden wenn etwas im Haushalt gefehlt hat. Der……
