Nice hotel, wonderful staff, good breakfast, and easy accessible location to the Metro. The air conditioning was nothing to brag about. The a/c unit was under the desk with a small rectangle cut out to let the air through. The room was stuffy. We had to sleep on top of the sheets because it was so warm. And being that it was the end of June during a heatwave did not help the situation. Other than the a/c in the summer, a wonderful hotel.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

Amazing Property and Spa, My second time there and I will be back. Lake Garda is amazing area and this hotel is icing on the cake. Every part of this hotel is a 5 star experience. Always sad when I have to leave. The overall design if this property is second to none. Also has an Amazing Breakfast!
