“The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for quick trip to see the sights of London. We were a family of 4 on a budget and this apartment worked beautifully. It had everything we needed including a few tea bags, instant coffee and sugar. Not to mention shampoo, body wash and dish soap all nicely labeled. “The location is near Queen Mary university and it is student area so it is pretty safe. Walkable distance to Mile End underground station and two grocery store nearby. The room has microwave oven which is good.”

“Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London. ”

“This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. ”

“I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

“Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!”

“There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. ”

“We loved this flat in a very historic building. Location is in a wonderful neighbourhood just far enough from the hustle and bustle of City centre but still very accessible. Perfect location to travel to and from Wimbledon, lots of pubs and dining options. For those who do not like the heat and/or are not cooled by fans alone, this may not be a choice - however the retained historic charm far outweighs the lack of air conditioning. “This is a nice flat in a quiet residential area, 12 minutes from the nearest tube station. Some shops and Clissold Park are only 5 minutes away. It has a nice bathroom, but the bath is very slippery and there is no handrail.”
