“As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here.
Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. The description promises a lift, but it doesn't make clear that after you open the apartment door you are confronted with a steep staircase up to the apartment--not easy for seniors with luggage.
