From early check in, flexibility with checkout, great free breakfasts, unlimited towels at the lazy river, toys for kids to play with at the lawn. Never a boring moment for us. Free parking, friendly and very nice employees. We will definitely spread the word and come back here every year!! Thank you!! Cocoa beach is also conveniently located 5 minutes away, we got to view 2 rocket launches from the beach. Yay "
