“The assistant manager and the GM were very kind and friendly so much more friendly than the other Hyatt place that’s by the 95 the assistant manager at the other Hyatt her name is Sarah and she is not a very nice person. I stopped going to that Hyatt just so I didn’t have to see her and deal with her anymore and I’m so happy I made the change. My only complaints about this location is that their Internet sucks and you can never get your phone to connect to the television so that you can watch……

“Our stay with Avid was very good. No surprises. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast looked appetizing, but we had other plans. The front desk staff in the evening and at checkout were very friendly. My only suggestion would be to be able to turn off the side bed lamp without getting out of bed. Might seem picky, but it would make sense to me. ”
