The apartment was beautiful It was full of light with two balconies and a full kitchen. The problem was that I couldn't get the electric cooktop to work. I contacted the owner and was told they would only talk through WhatsApp. I set that up and contacted them again. The owner told me how to operate the stove. It did not work. She sent someone over. It took them about 5 minutes to turn it on, and then it kept turning off. I contacted the owner again. She came over, and the same thing was repeated. She left with the stove still not working. I was doing pasta, and it was only half cooked. So the stove was not useful. There was an oven, but no pans to use. When I told the owner the stove was still not working, she left a sarcastic message asking if I wanted her to cook my dinner.
The neighborhood surrounding the property looked sketchy, with lots of graffiti and garbage. I mostly took taxis back and forth.
When I arrived, the entry code did not work. It had changed, and I was not informed. Luckily for me, the owner saw me arrive and got me in.
