“Very helpful and friendly The rooms are spacious and clean, and you can cook your own meals as long as you have the ingredients and seasonings. It's a 5-minute walk to the supermarket, a 20-minute walk to Riva Side Market, and there are also McDonald's, a liquor store, a steakhouse, and an Italian restaurant nearby. “Location is good, all places of interest are in walking distance. Room is clean & quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped, high speed wifi. The gentleman who introduced our room, is very nice. The only negative point is: the hot water from shower is not stable, sometimes hot & sometimes cold.”

“The room is too small for 3 adults. All beds are too soft. The adding bed is only a foldable bed and caused noises when people slept on it and turned body while sleeping.”

“It was like living in a heritage. The hotel has long history and the building is gorgeous! The room was spacious and the tools provided in the kitchen were complete. Washing machine and dryer were also equipped in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay here, will definitely choose the same hotel if I travel to Christchurch again.”
