“Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told……

“The staff here is outstanding.”

“This is probably the worse room I have ever rented through Expedia. The first room that they gave us was not fit for human habitation! When we asked for our money back they moved us to a nicer one but not great. We did stay but will never go back. ”

“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly……

“Breakfast very limited and room was fairly warm on arrival due to a/c being off but it worked well and had the room comfortable within an hour. No other concerns. Staff was very nice and helpful. ”

“The room was in really bad shape. So much damage to the furniture. It should’ve been replaced long ago. The faucet in the shower was hanging off the wall. No bedside light. ”
