"The hotel property is well maintained and the reception area is spacious and attractive. The staff were fine however, on the second morning of our 2 night stay we were moved out of our room to accommodate some Arsenal footballers but the staff insisted it was due to an electrical fault! We questioned them as to why there was now a private security guard outside our former room, but they still stuck to their story! We do not appreciate being lied to. This also meant that the gym was out of use the next day as well, I assume this was to accommodate the footballers, again. They did compensate us with a bottle of champagne in our room, breakfast and a late check out, but it was still annoying as it was my husband's birthday that day and we had opened presents and cards in our room and it rather spoilt the day to have them all moved whilst we were out. It is unlikely that we would recommend the hotel to anyone or to visit again."
