"Great variety at breakfast. Choice of continental buffet, including overnight oats. Then, as part of the B&B deal, could also get a hot breakfast as well.
Bar cosy, with a lovely open fire. Seems a popular local venue for functions. Staff cheerful and helpful despite the hotel being full and functions on.
Note, no lift so be prepared to carry bags up stairs. Rooms very warm but windows do open. Area is quiet apart from the planes. They were noisy if your window is open. Bathrooms look like they have been upgraded recently and are lovely. Rooms are a little tired though have all essentials. Bed was a little hard.
However, taking all this into account, I would definitely stay again. Good value for money. 10 minute dawdle up to P&J. Free parking as well. "
