"I would return to the Hyatt in a heartbeat. Old school charm without the chintz feels. Elegant. Staff were lovely especially Ben in reception. Facilities were great. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had the best amenities and shower pressure. Will try the breakfast next time. It was too busy (school hols). They even have a hotel dog Pixie (lab). V happy and impressed and it’s now my favourite Canberra hotel."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a place to park your car overnight and a Woolies across the road. Kitchenette makes self-catering possible, but we just ordered room service (didn't wait long at all - reasonably priced). Bed was soft with crisp linen. Room was clean. We were able to stream onto the big TV from our devices. All up: great spot!"

"Very central and great reasonable priced place to stay but i must say, the soundproofing between the rooms are terrible i had to have the TV on all the time to drown out the next rooms baby crying and on the opposite side people who probably were just chatting but you could hear every word and as i stayed 4 nights it was not the same neighbours but the room was extremely noisy"

"This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!"
