Isai and the entire staff are friendly and courteous and it is an amazing place above expectations. Be aware of the scammers at the entrance to the park who trip to look like they work there but are just trying to scam you out of your money.

Great staff and communication. Our washer broke and they attempted to fix it immediately but it needed to be removed. They had our clothes washed by the time got back to the condo which was so appreciated given our luggage was lost by Frontier Airlines.

Everything in the description of the property was accurate. Reliable service. Location is good if one is interested to catch a flight or just comes into SJO. It is not a place to spend a lot of time. It is an honest three-star hotel.
