"The property was very well presented, the home is new and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and away from traffic. The location was a little difficult to find as the listing location was incorrect, communication with the property manager cleared this up. We did not access ther carport as the remote was not provided, however this was not an issue with the car in the driveway. "We were really happy with this property. It was close to the airport but far enough away not to be impacted by noise or traffic. The Aether brewery at the end of the street was a major hit, as was Lilypad cafe near the train station. Andy was a great host and graciously gave us an extended check out due to sporting commitments on the last morning. We would come again if the opportunity arose."

"Issues:1. We were unable to turn the A/C on. We slept (or rather, tried to sleep) in scorching Brisbane summer heat without the A/C. The next day someone came and turned it on. 2. There was no microwave. 3. It was advertised as board games available at the residence but could not find any. 4. No easy access to shops or restaurants Good things:1. Very spacious2. Clean 3. Multiple bathrooms, almost one per room "

"Needs a deep clean. Rugs, curtains, blinds etc require cleaning. Unit has a stale smell. Front gate hanging off hinges...unsafe. Railing on steps is rusty...unsafe. Feels neglected."
