Didn't really have any problems. Only dealt with staff and check in and really felt like we had hotel to ourselves as never really saw anybody around but we left early each day and came back later in day. Close to many things including Mall, shops, stores, restaurants and the river. Easy to get to ferries that take you up and down river as far as you want and back for .50 which is amazing. Southbank is close as well as the Star Casino with amazing 23rd floor lookout (see this and its free). Rooms were clean and spacious including bathrooms with modern shower and fixtures. No outside noises could be heard even thunder was hardly noticeable. Didn't use restaurants or amenities and stayed several days for end of vacation.
