The apartment is very spacious and well ventilated. All the balconies have ocean view. Parking is available on-site for free. Mr.Damir, the caretaker was very friendly. The toiletries were minimal and were not refilled. Kitchen is not equipped for just basic/minimal cooking.

Stylish and well appointed apartment in an incredible location in the old town. Was a 3 minute walk to everything. Vladimir was also an excellent host, very helpful and friendly (helped get our bags up the flights of stairs!). I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Vladimir!!

Great location on the Split promenade next to Diocletian Palace site. Large room, comfortable chairs, nice view from sea view premium room. Only negatives 1) linens were pretty worn, one towel literally yellowed, another frayed, bed not very comfortable and scratchy. This seems to be a common problem for all hotels we visited in Bosnia and Croatia. 2) Older hotel with few options for hooking up electronics such as phone chargers. We had to use the plug next to the door and use an inverted trash can as a makeshift table for our phones, etc.
