"We stayed for almost two weeks and found this to be an ideal spot. The hosts were extremely helpful and extremely kind. The cottage is a beautiful little home on the canal. What a restful spot. Another great thing is the ready access to everywhere else. Within half an hour we coulb be in Central Amsterdam. When we got tired of the bustle, we were only half an hour away from peace and calm."

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay @ Marietta’s retreat in the Noord. The location was ideal for balancing the energy and intensity of the city with the calm and comfort of a semi-“rural” retreat. We took full advantage of the location’s easy access to a wide variety of activities and attractions. Mariette was warm and welcoming, with the best recommendations for Dutch cuisine & sight seeing. "Everything about this stay was perfect. The tents were fantastic, really comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location was brilliant, it was really peaceful and the countryside was gorgeous, it was close enough to visit Amsterdam too. Our 2 year old loved playing in the park and trampolining. Peter the host was friendly and accommodating. We just wish we'd booked to stay longer! Would 100% recommend."

"We are a family of 4 from Canada, and this was such a lovely place to stay and explore the area including Amsterdam. It was very easy to hop in the train. The guesthouse was clean and very cutely decorated. Marcel was very accommodating and kind. We didn't have much time to visit him because we were so busy, but he checked in with us frequently. I would highly recommend a stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the city before but this time planned to visit the tulip fields and the Keukenhof gardens and it was an easy 15/20 minute drive. The location is quiet and tranquil. You hear all the animals playing and talking and we even got a visit from a group of ducks. If you wish to go into the city it's at least 30 minutes but also an easy drive. There is no TV which as weird at first but it worked out just fine!"

"Great stay at Cityden Zuidas. The staff allowed us to check in slightly ahead of the check in time. The room was as advertised and well appointed, had everything we needed for a short stay. Wifi was fast. Location was peaceful, couple of mins walk from tram stop which would get us to Zuid station in 10 mins. Would recommend "
