“We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice staff. Assistant manager helped us and gave us really great food recommendations.
The hotel is two minutes away from the busstop and 10 minutes away from the train station. Very easy to get to Amsterdam. ”

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous!
The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night.
In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.
