"We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay. We were there when the temps were a bit higher and let the property owners know of a fan issue and they came in the next day and brought in new fans. Made our stay more comfortable. The only issue is the parking is a bit wonky as there was no parking in front of the main home and had to park around the corner. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!"

"Walk to restaurant (a good one, and rather iconic since it's been there a very long time - I grew up in the area) & walk to coffee, ocean, but out of the way of crowds for the most part. Clean place and comfortable."

"It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....
