Great location, Close to the Ocean and Pacific Ave where there is restaurants and shops. Great breakfast across street of hotel. Only downside is the noise at night from streets, but its a city with lots of things going...so be ready to put with it.

Staff was amazing. Although we didn’t get to go to the park, we enjoyed the view because my son enjoyed the soccer games. The walk to the beach & boardwalk was about 5 mins which we LOVED! I will definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was filthy and the fixtures were all rusted and/or pitted. Walls are paper thin and we were listening to conversations from adjacent rooms all night. The a/c has no modern thermostat so you have to constantly adjust it constantly. Parking is tight and limited. More like a motel than hotel. Price and quality not in alignment at all.

When we first entered the room, it has a strong smell of air freshener and the second time we entered the room after coming back from dinner it smelled like cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a free smoke room.
