“Unfortunately, the staff does not enforce the No Smoking rule in hotel rooms. Even worse, there were NO signs reminding the Hotel is a No Smoking zone. I had to open my window all night to minimize the smoke. When I asked at the desk, they said that guests don't really differentiate between being in the Casino and the Hotel when it comes to smoking. Since I'm very allergic to cigarette smoke, I couldn't even go to the restaurants for dinner because they are part of the casino. It would have……

“When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty.”

“Very clean and smelled clean. No bedspread on the beds, but who needs those! The man behind the counter was EXCELLENT, helpful and friendly. The only downside is the continental breakfast. It consists of cereal, oatmeal packets, toast and coffee. I have stayed here before and will return again.”

“We were looking for a place to stay over the Labor Day weekend close to Lake Poinsett and this little gem was perfect! It was very easy to book and the hosts responded immediately when we sent a message. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy! Lakeside Coffee Co was right next door with delicious coffee and pastries. We will definitely book again!!”
