"Nice suburban house recently updated to easily accommodate a family. Quiet and relaxing back deck and yard. Owner provided all the essentials and little 'extras' to make our stay welcoming. We walked to the zoo. Restaurants are close by. Exactly what we wanted."

"We loved the house and neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the updated bathrooms. Our party was three adult couples, and each couple had our own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the feeling of being guests in a friend’s house. The clean up process was very reasonable. And we enjoyed the snacks and coffee. The only wrinkle was that the listing includes a hot tub, which was not present - although we hadn’t planned to use it. "Cute, older cottage in the perfect location to get to restaurants, shopping, and USM. As others have said, this property could use updating; however, the home was in a perfect location and set at a reasonable price for our overnight stay. "

"We were in town for a church conference. The accommodations were over the top. BEAUTIFUL home and lawn. Garage was a nice feature since it rained several times. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Nice sunroom. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!! Safe, quiet area. The host was easily reachable and VERY ACCOMMODATING!! Wish we could give it 50 stars."
