“We were a group of 3 couples --- all over 70 years old. Having all of the rooms and the porches on one level was perfect. Driving into the driveway, you are greeted by a really beautiful beach home. Opening that front door invites you into a living room decorated in wonderfully comfortable furniture and a full view of the back porches, beach, and seating at the water's edge. “We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the location. We were a family of three traveling with our dog. We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home was clean and easy to access. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Communications with the owner was great. It was a nice weekend getaway. We would book this location again.”

“We enjoyed our stay as a group of ladies on a girls' trip. The house was nice and served our needs. We were also graciously given a late check-out time due to our late flights. ”

“This has been one of our favorite properties on the Gulf Coast to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and screened in patio area. We felt secure that our dogs could stretch their legs on the fully fenced yard. It was a truly relaxing stay. Can’t wait to be back! ”

“The beach house was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was just as pictures showed. We found everything that we needed. We were a group of 5, the ladies were classmates/ close friends through high school. We found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge, but overall, well worth it. Check out Blue Pelican 2. The houses look the same, but it has a cargo lift for luggage, etc.”

“This is a beautiful property! The pictures of the listing are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can prepare your own meals. The two beds we used were comfortable. The playroom and downstairs screened porch were our favorite places to hang out! We loved the privacy and how quiet it was. “The host provided everything we needed for a fantastic family weekend. It's a quiet, restful street that leads to the gulf for a fun day at the beach. The house is spacious and has all the things needed. The downtown has restaurants, views and a fishing pier. Great spot. ”
