“The room is always clean and the staff friendly. The food in the restaurant is always really good ”

“My only complaint is that my code never worked that was sent to me. I called and she remote unlocked it and while friendly was asking questions like I didn’t know how to use a keypad. It’s the exact one on my door at home lol. Either way the code sent to me was wrong or something was wrong with the keypad. This would have been a bigger issue had we planned on coming and going a lot or stayed more than one night. Other than that this is a great little get away. ”

“Well first off the room was horrible like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks!Front desk lady “acts” friendly but she is judgmental and very rude for no reason and when u say something back to her in the same manner and tone she wants you to check out!She said I was loud I have been the same loud sense I started coming to this hotel two and a half years ago!Assumes stuff that isn’t her business very rude and my ac went out and literally they played games with me for about two hours saying she was……

“I didn't use any of the amenities, but the lamp was missing a switch, the bathroom counter was pretty dirty, the faucet looked rusted and like someone spit their toothpaste on top of it. The faucet in the shower was totally corroded and ugly. I understand it's humid, but that kind of build of doesn't happen overnight. ”

“My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Wiggins was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout my visit. They were kind enough to work with me on checking in early, which made my trip much smoother, and they also helped me easily add an extra night to my stay without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.”
