"The management was attentive but there was a large red stain on the mattress of the sofa bed. They had no mattress replacement and could not clean the stained one. The mgr was very apologetic but couldn’t help with the yucky problem"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful; the inside of the hotel was clean and smelled amazing. Our room though, I guess because I did not pick a room by the pool,It was a little cheaper (we were only staying one night) than the rooms by the pool that looked nicer. Our room looked a little more outdated( needing new paint by the windows, there were cracks) with not many toiletries, the bath towels were small. Beds were firm & the pillows were ok, not hard. I am pillow snob. Breakfast was good,...
