“A terrible night. The mattress was badly sagging, making it impossible to sleep through the night. I woke up in the morning with severe back pain, and I was also bitten twice, leaving two large, swollen bites.
I reported everything to the front desk when I checked out in the morning, but there was not even the slightest apology or sense of concern from the staff.
I will definitely not choose Days Inn again.”
“We were going to join the 10am bus tour at Dinosaur Park, so selected to stay at Brooks, which is the closest town with proper hotels. We have booked a King bed with sofa bed room and a double room at Ramada. Both rooms are nice, clean, with lot of space. Beds are comfortable. Hotel facilities are good enough to spend a good afternoon; ie. In-door swimming pool with a slide; spa and steam room; there is also an exercise room with several rather new GYM equipments.
