"Nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The issue I have is the property tricks you by titling itself as an “airport” location, which it is not. Unfortunately I trusted the name and assumed the hotel was at the airport. It was a $45 cab ride away. My bad not checking but the name is purposely misleading."

"Lovely and quiet two story suite. I am not a picky person but the rooms could use a cleaning. There was chip crumbs on the sofa when we came in haha. The whole entire suite could use a good scrub down…. Otherwise beautiful location and comfy bed."

"The staff were all great - they were patient and helpful anytime we had to talk to them about issues. But, the hotel is getting older with decor falling off walls and roofs peeling, and rooms are not sound proof at all - which is where helpful staff were great as they responded to 2 am noise issues quickly and professionally, turning a noise issue into a wellness check (which was the right call) for the arguing in the next room."

"Upon check-in, the room smelled like someone had just smoked inside, and the toilet was clearly used. We went to the front desk to report it, and instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff offered us a spray. After explaining again that the toilet had been used, we were told to bring all our belongings downstairs ourselves so they could change our room. The second room was not any better, the fridge was extremely small, and the main light in the room was not working. We called the front desk and were told they were aware of the issue and that someone would come fix it, but no one ever came. Front desk staff was also very unhelpful. We politely asked if they could help store our cheesecake in a fridge, and the response was simply “can’t,” with no effort to assist or provide any customer"

"The room are gorgeous and very clean and they have the best shampoo, conditioner and body wash I’ve ever used. All hand made with natural ingredients made in the Rocky Mountains. Highly recommend."
