“My family stayed here for 3 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. We were asked if we would like the beds making up before arrival which we thought was a bit strange as this is something you would expect to be done for you anyway. The lady we had to contact for access details was a little abrupt on the phone, so we weren't sure what to expect. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, however the driveway is quite steep so would recommend parking on the road, plus it is meant to be a shared drive....

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large, modern and clean. Nice breakfast with a good selection of hot and cold buffet products. Very pet friendly. The location is right next to the lake with beautiful views. It is easy to get into Keswick either by boat, bus or walking alongside the lake. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Very good breakfast and a wide selection of food available all day. Spotlessly clean room and pleasant indoor and outdoor seating areas. Mattress was too soft but that's more of a personal preference.”
