“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. “Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. ”

“The only reason I put a good rating rather than excellent is because both shower heads had water marks on. Looked like not been cleaned , or could be hard water of the north. That’s my only comment everything else was clean and great condition, And kitchen well stocked with all that u need, Nice touch in tea coffee and milk sachets. The apartment was hot due to the hot weather , the fan was also very much appreciated.”
