Awesome hotel. All the staff were amazing and very very accommodating. Love being by Forsyth Park. Pool was a very big plus for me and my wife. This area is less crowded than river street so if you want to relax a little more this place is great. We loved it and highly recommend.

There is a lot of mold creeping up in the bathroom around the shower and such. The bathroom trash bin did not have a new bag (you could see coffee grounds from the bag being emptied but not changed out). Towels had some stains.

We were looking for a place to stay for my sons’s wedding. In Fairfax SC .This house was a great find. The owner was very gracious and very accommodating. The house has great character. I loved the footed tubs . If you’re looking for a quiet, roomy place to stay, this is your place .

The outside property smelled of pee and located in a really run down area. The initial greeting was ok… the main lady wasn’t that friendly. The hallway and doors looked run down and dirty but the actual room seemed clean. Breakfast was ok..basic.
