Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Perfect location and perfectly clean room. This is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay.
Only negative was that it could’ve done with a little fridge, and the shower/bath taps have a mind of their own, even with the instructions.
Its a lovely hotel and would recommend staying here, thank you x

"Bedding and towels in room clean. Bedroom had some cobwebs on ceiling and on wallpaper, needs extra care taken. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good, would prefer that bacon was cooked on both sides however this seems the norm these days. Bar and restaurant were nice, sky tv in bar and prices for drinks ..."

"Great hotel, especially for the summer with the a/c. Great location on the canal and a grocery store right next door. Unfortunately no fridge in room and the breakfast was very expensive, but there was free teas and coffee. Great spaces for hanging out for a break in the day."
