“Close to the airport making it easy to catch early morning flights. Great service - the staff is always so wonderful and helpful. The restaurant really has delicious food offered at a very reasonable price. This is our go to hotel for the last night of our holidays before heading to the airport. Overall excellent experience. ”

“Excellent attentive service from a top class receptionist. The hotel is full of character with nice gardens. Food was good. Rooms comfortable despite a creaky bed. Corridors were a little chilly but then I would expect that in an historic building. Overall a great find in a handy location and definitely worth a repeat visit. ”

“Traumhaft schönes Hotel, hervorragender Service und noch besseres Restaurant. Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Betten inkl. der Klappcouch für die Kids. Die Kissen könnten bisschen hochwertiger sein aber ansonsten alles top. Die Servicekräfte waren alle samt unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Hotel mit dem Klostercharm und den viel erhaltenen Original Kleinigkeiten im Hotel machen das Bild rund und sehr einladend. Toppen kann das alles nur das sehr……

“We got there around 6pm ( check in is at 4pm ) but we still had to wait for the room due to "having a big party" checking out. The front desk person had an attitude during the entire check in process. We got the room at the highest floor.... great. Few huge luggage bags etc and the elevator is out of order... of course the front desk didn’t really care about the issue. The beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast next day was ok but the overall stay at this hotel definitely not good overall.……

“ROZCZAROWANIE!!!! Apartament na zdjeciach w necie wygladał super ,a prawda okazała się wręcz przeciwnia. Kanapy skórzane brudne .łazienka brudna ,ogolnie apartament wygladał jakby był przemyty brudnym mopem.Dużo rzeczy poniszczonych . Na meblach same tłuste paluchy poodbijane . Brak sztućców na caly apartament tylko jeden noż i nic wiecej .W sypialni pajeczyny .Załączam zdjecia to można zobaczyc. Nastepny zły punkt to koles ktory wpuszcza do windy przy zameldowaniu(chyba to boy hotelowy,……

“The room was extremely small. The sink was in the room, and so was the shower, which felt uncomfortable and impractical. On the positive side, the room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It resembled hospital food and was a total waste of money. Definitely not worth paying for. Coffee and tea were available for free downstairs, but not in the room. Overall, cleanliness was good, but the room layout and breakfast were very disappointing.”
