Really wanted to mark this place as excellent but two things let it down; firstly, they advertise laundry facilities but either don’t mention or bury it in small print that you need three days notice to use a machine!! Really no good when you’re staying three nights only… Sexondly, on my last morning there was a notice saying the shared kitchen was reserved for a group and that another kitchen could be used, however, this building is massive and the other kitchen a fair distance on the other side of it. Plus, I had food in the refrigerator etc., really bad!
On the other hand though everything else was great. The rooms are so clean, really modern and smart. I absolutely loved my room… Considering it’s student accommodation there was no noise. The staff were pleasant and the location is good. It’s a bit of a walk to the city centre but very a pleasant one, if you don’t fancy the walk there’s a tram stop close by and the tram is super cheap. Also, lots of shops to get food and water nearby and some restaurants too. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back I hope, but will make sure to reserve a washing machine if needed!
