Wake up to ocean views in this sunny, solar-powered studio just 3.5 blocks from the beach, 6 blocks from downtown, & steps from Bucerias’ best food and culture. Enjoy a private patio, fast Wi-Fi, desk, a full kitchen, charcoal grill, and beach gear for your seaside adventures. Eco-conscious travelers will love the solar panels and filtered water. Please note: access requires 36 stairs, and returning from the beach includes a short uphill walk across a main road.
The Space:
This 3rd-floor eco-friendly studio was thoughtfully designed for comfort, light, and convenience—perfect for both quick getaways and extended stays. The space is powered in part by rooftop solar panels, reducing your footprint while you relax and recharge. Inside, enjoy a comfy living area, fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, blender, and toaster oven, plus a dining table for meals and a desk for remote work.
The private southwest-facing patio offers partial ocean views—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a sunset drink. There is also a charcoal grill. Ocean breezes and abundant natural light fill the space, and the 1.5-ton A/C quickly cools things down when needed. From bed, you can even glimpse the ocean!
Modern touches include granite countertops, a quartzite bathroom, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), a dedicated workspace, and a safe for your valuables. You’ll also find beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and filtered drinking water from the kitchen sink—all to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.
Location Location Location:
This condo is located only 1 block to Golden Zone (just across the highway) and 3.5 blocks to the beach. Restaurant Row (including Culi's, Buclas Brewery, and BuceBurger) is only 1.5 blocks away. Luna Luna, our favorite breakfast spot, is only 2 blocks away. Oceanfront dining at Karen's Beachfront restaurant is just 3.5 blocks away. Savor mouthwatering tacos at Tacos Al Pastor El Fogoncito, a mere 2.5 blocks away. Indulge in the culinary delights at the municipal market just 1.5 blocks away, offering affordable food options. Take advantage of the proximity to convenience stores, a large grocery store, and the bus stop for easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, and Punta Mita. Additionally, you'll find the CMQ hospital and Santander bank with an ATM just 2 blocks away.
It is important to note that this is Mexico and our neighborhood has all the authentic charm, but you will hear dogs, roosters, kids playing, and motorcycles as they go by. Our neighbor grows his own crop of cactus, papaya, corn, banana and various fruit trees. A few blocks away kids play soccer on Sunday mornings. We are accustomed to the ambient sounds but we feel it is worth mentioning if you are not familiar with Bucerias or are new to the area.

Make yourself at home in the cozy living space with a Roku TV, grill on the private patio, and utilize the dedicated workspace for remote work or personal projects. The unit does not have a washer and dryer but there are laundromats just 2 blocks away. Maid and laundry service can be offered for a small extra fee.

Bucerias is wonderfully walkable, but do note that returning from the beach involves a hill and crossing a main road.
