“房間很寬敞舒適，早餐項目眾多，有三台咖啡機，非常考慮住客需求，服務櫃台人員也很NICE。”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“距離各景點與大眾運輸都非常方便，房間舒適乾淨，早餐多樣，員工友善。”

“Great stay, would definitely recommend. Great location!”

“We needed to check in early and the room was ready when we got there It was super clean, good location and they put complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge for free Their chats replies were fast and that very helpful when you are away from home I will definitely recommend this place”

“Very friendly and helpful reception staff in particular Nikika who is very informative and proactive in giving his guests a great experience in Bucharest. The room though small, is well equipped, modern in design with good amenities and strong water pressure. The location is excellent, with walking distance to all major tourist spots and restaurants as well as public transports. The room is clean and quiet.”

“This is a delightful hotel in Old Town. The pedestrian walkway is half block away. The room was good sized and spotless. The staff was very helpful on a number of fronts. Friendly, answered our questions, recommended sites and gave good directions; even helped us contact an Uber driver so we could get something that we left in the car.”

“Our room was on the third floor-54 steps up. For two 80 year olds this was a bit tough. The room was nice and had adequate electrical outlets;the bathroom was very small. The included breakfast was ok: the same as breakfast every hotel in Romania. It is well located in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk to the town center.”

“The property is located in the Old Town which was very nice. The rooms are large, modern, comfortable and very clean. We would recommend this property to our family and friends.”

“Very clean room and nice experience”

“Veldig små rom. Litt kjedelig frokost”

“Outside access street is a little bit 'scruffy', but don't be put off... Amazing building from a past era with some interesting features. Possibly a little chilly if your visitors from October onwards, and there's no clear instructions of how to put heating on ...”

“I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get……

“Clean room. Great location in the centre”

“Metropole Apartments in Bucharest’s Old Center had a pretty old looking urban exterior and lobby area, but the room itself was clean and very spacious with kitchen appliances and washer. There are no onsite hosts to meet and greet, one is provided codes to enter into the building and to their room. There are a couple of cafes nearby and not in a busy area.”

“Great location and clean!”
