"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small suggestion for improvement would be the coffee from the breakfast machine, as we didn't find it very good. "The room clean but the hallways smell pretty bad and the whole place is in bad need of a renovation. The door cards made out of wood are cheap and do not work well. We had to go back down to the reception and get plastic cards which worked well. Staff is friendly and supportive"

The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century….
